FRANCINE BRISTO
Francine studied for a law degree at Warwick University. She then worked at Shoosmiths Solicitors, Bakers Solicitors and the National Union of Teachers dealing with personal injury claims. Francine qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013 and then went on to change her specialism to family law. Following this she wanted to expand her skills to find different ways of assisting clients with their separation journeys and completed her mediation training with NFM. She is now working towards becoming an accredited mediator. Francine is a compassionate listener with a genuine desire to help. Clients frequently comment on how professional and understanding she is. Francine is practical and methodical in her approach in helping you to reach solutions. Outside of work Francine has two children and five chickens that she cares for. Baking, spinning and gardening are how she enjoys relaxing. AMANDA WEAVER Amanda is a qualified Family Law Solicitor and she is passionate about Family Law, she offers clear and thoughtful guidance to support clients through divorce and separation, children issues and financial claims. Amanda is studying for an MA in Psychology and alongside this she has done her mediation training to become a mediator working towards accreditation. As a member of Resolution, she is committed to helping people deal with disputes in a non-confrontational way to reach the best possible outcomes. Her approach is practical, compassionate and, above all, human, something that is reflected by testimonials from her many satisfied clients, several of whom continue to refer their friends, family and colleagues to her for help. In her free time, Amanda enjoys walking her dogs and running. She also loves to travel having lived in Australia and is particularly fond of Kefalonia. |
